We accept returns within 30 days from the day of purchase, given that they are in original and resalable condition. To proceed with a return, please email us at support@dogily.com with the following information:

2. Photo of item you wish to return
Our Customer Service team will provide you with further information regarding the nearest warehouse and further instructions. Please note, we will be unable to refund any shipping costs during the process. After we receive the item, we will inspect it and let you know about the refund decision. The total refund process can take up to 30 business days to complete.
